What is required - To apply for your visas we require a passport (with a minimum of 6 months to expiry- from date of arriving back into the UK) one passport sized photograph and the completed application form for each traveller. Children travelling with parents on UK passports now are required to have their own passports and therefore children with a UK passport will require their own Chinese Visa. Arrangements for other countries may vary, please check with your own passport issuing office. 

Delivery of documents - We strongly recommend that all passports are posted to us by special delivery and that you send us a pre - paid & self - addressed special delivery envelope for the return of your passport(s). The visa cost above does not include postage. We can not be held responsible for any delay or loss of passports to or from our office.

An employment permit from the Ministry of Labour or the State Bureau of Foreign Experts of China together
An invitation letter from the company authorized by the Chinese Government

Student Visa

Form : JW-201 or JW - 02 issued by the Ministry of Education of China
A letter of admission from a Chinese University /College.

Transit Visa

Regulations governing transit passengers is currently being revived by the Chinese authorities please enquire of our staff at the time of travel to ensure you are aware of the current requirements.

Journalist Visa

Form : J-1 or J-2:
A letter from the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Foreign Affairs Office of Shanghai or Guangdong Municipality Government
A letter from the work unit
