What do I need to submit along with my Application Form ?

• Valid Passport
• one passport size photograph
• Self-addressed pre-paid Special Delivery Envelope (if return is required )
• Related forms / letters dependant on visa type required
• Payment for the visa ( cheques payable to : China Holidays Ltd )
• Travel Itinerary
