Q	What do I need to submit along with my Application Form ?
A	Valid Passport one passport size photograph Self-addressed pre-paid Special Delivery Envelope (if return is required ) Related forms / letters dependant on visa type required Payment for the visa ( cheques payable to : China Holidays Ltd ) Copy of international return flight booking and Chinese hotel booking Applicant applying for tourist and family visa (L-visa) also need to provide: 1. Invitation letter from a Chinese organization or a permanent resident in China; or 2. Air ticket booking record (round trip) and hotel reservation; When a child who is under the age of 6 and was not born in China and of Chinese origin applies for a Chinese visa with a foreign passport, the child's birth certificate which must show the parent's name and the permanent residence permit or certificate of nationality of the resident country from one of his or her parent should be provided.
Q	How do I submit the Application Form?
